Ogoship is a logistics and warehousing company based in Helsinki, supporting E-commerce companies throughout Europe with their logistics and distribution. Their founding partner John Rizvi and his team help inventors and innovators to ensure their intellectual property is protected. They came to us because thanks to their prestigious reputation in the industry they would have many callers inquiring about their services. Sometimes they would not be able to attend a caller because their attorneys and other employeeswould be in meetings, resulting in leads ‘falling through the gaps’.
Valatam provided their office with a remote receptionist, a bilingual team member who could receive and make phone calls with a local Miami number, and follow up with leads to help them through the early stages of the Patent application process.
